If your animal is picked up as a stray, you must pay the reasonable costs for catching, moving, and housing it. This section only says who pays; it does not set specific amounts or deadlines.

The owner of any estray shall pay to the person authorized to impound the estray the reasonable cost of keeping and caring for the estray. The owner shall also pay the reasonable cost of taking up, driving and impounding the estray.
