Unclaimed Estrays

The person authorized to impound the estray shall make his or her return to the poundmaster, setting forth the number and kind of estrays impounded, the time when taken, the owner of the estray, if known, the fact of giving the notice to the owner and that the estray still remains in the pound unclaimed.
