Fine for breaking this article's rules

If you are found guilty of breaking any rule in this article, you will have to pay a fine. The fine can be up to $250 for each time you break the rule. If the violation goes on for more than one day, each day counts as a separate offense.

Any person convicted of violating any of the provisions of this Article shall be punished by a fine not exceeding two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00) for each offense. A separate offense is committed upon each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
