Revoking a revocable permit with written notice

This section says that any revocable permit can be canceled with 15 days' written notice, no matter what the permit says. The notice must explain why. The Finance Director, with the County Attorney's approval, can add other conditions.

All revocable permits shall provide for revocation upon fifteen (15) days written notice to the user regardless of a stated term. Such notice shall state the reason for the revocation. The Finance Director, upon approval of the County Attorney, may require such other conditions or terms as are necessary.
