Penalty

This section sets the penalty for breaking any rule in this chapter. You can be fined up to $1,000 for each violation, and you must pay the county's cleanup and other costs. Each day the violation continues counts as a new offense.

Any person violating any provision of this Chapter shall be punished by a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) per offense. The violator shall also pay the costs of any cleanup incurred by the County or any other costs of remedying the violation. A separate offense is committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
