What cannot be dumped at temporary emergency debris sites

This rule lists materials that are not allowed at temporary emergency debris receiving sites. Ashes, explosives, and toxic or hazardous wastes cannot be accepted or stored there, even temporarily. The list is not complete, so other dangerous materials may also be banned.
