Any municipal solid waste, except those materials prohibited by Section 21-7.3 may be deposited in a County landfill. Sewage sludge shall be accepted only if it is determined not to contain "free liquids" as defined by Method 9095 (Paint Filter Liquids Test), as described in Test Methods for Evaluating Solid Wastes, Physical/Chemical Methods (EPA Pub. No. SW-846).
