Private firms supervise and employ referred hires

All referred applicants, if hired, shall be under the supervision of the private firms and shall be deemed employees of such firms. The County's support for such hires shall be limited to a six (6) week work period during July and August. Referrals for this program shall be limited to the amount appropriated for the program.
