KCC §22-12.1

Why this beach driving rule exists

Read the official text at ecode360.com ↗

This law stops people from racing motor vehicles on Kauai beaches because it is noisy and dangerous for people who want to picnic, fish, camp, or swim. It does not stop driving on beaches to carry people or supplies for those activities. It is a temporary rule until the state makes its own rules.
