If the County Engineer determines that any person is violating any provision of this Article, or any approvals granted pursuant thereto, the County Engineer may have the person served, by mail or delivery, with a notice of violation and order. Whenever, a corporation violates any of the provisions of the Article, the violation shall be deemed to be also that of the individual directors, officers, or agents of such corporation who, in their capacity as directors, officers, or agents of such corporation, have authorized, ordered, or done any of the acts constituting in whole or in part such violation.Contents of the Notice of Violation. The notice shall include at least the following information:Date of the notice;The name and address of the person served with the notice and the location of the violation;The section number of the ordinance, or other law which has been violated;The nature of the violations; andThe deadline for compliance with the notice.Contents of the Order. The order may require the person to do any or all of the following:Cease and desist from the violation;Correct the violation at the person's own expense before a date specified in the order; orAppear before the County Engineer or a person designated by the County Engineer at a time and place specified in the order and answer the charges specified in the notice of violation.
