No public urination or defecation near county buildings

You cannot urinate or defecate in the parking lots or grounds around the Historic County Building, County Annex, or Līhu'e Civic Center unless you use a portable toilet or restroom. This rule does not apply if a doctor confirms a medical condition prevented you from using those facilities.

No person shall urinate or defecate within the boundaries of the parking lots and grounds adjacent to the Historic County Building, County Annex and Līhu'e Civic Center unless in a portable toilet or restroom. This Section shall not apply where the person failed to use a restroom or portable toilet because of a medical condition verified by a licensed physician.
