In the interest of protecting health, life, and property, and preserving the order and security of the County and its inhabitants by using law enforcement resources effectively and efficiently, the number of false alarms from business and residential premises must be reduced. The purpose of this Article is to reduce the danger and annoyance associated with false alarms and to encourage business and residential owners to use and maintain their alarm systems properly.
