When Fireworks Can Be Sold

New Year's Holiday. Sales may commence not earlier than 12:01 a.m., December 25th and shall cease at 9:00 p.m. on New Year's Eve, December 31st.Independence Day Holiday. Sales may commence not earlier than 12:01 a.m., June 28th and shall cease at 9:00 p.m., July 4th.Chinese New Year's. Sales may commence not earlier than 12:01 a.m., seven (7) days prior to the holiday, and sales shall cease at 9:00 p.m. on the eve before the holiday.
