Police officers and fire inspectors must enforce this fire safety law and its rules. They can enter and inspect any site to check if the law, rules, or permits are being followed.

All police officers and duly authorized fire prevention inspectors shall enforce this Article and rules adopted pursuant to this Article.All duly authorized enforcement personnel may enter and inspect any site to ascertain compliance or noncompliance with this Article, any rule adopted pursuant to this Article, or any permit issued pursuant to this Article.
