If a court finds you guilty of breaking any rule in this article, it is a misdemeanor. You can be fined up to $1,000, jailed for up to one year, or both, for each separate violation.

Any person convicted of violating any provisions of this Article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and be fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) or imprisoned not more than one (1) year, or both for each offense.
