Smoking shall not be prohibited in the following places:Any bar;Private residences, except when used as a child care, adult care or health care facility;Any property owned, controlled or leased by State or Federal government entities;Any hotel room;Small businesses, excluding restaurants;Part-time restaurant/bar only during the posted, specific time the establishment operates as a bar;Separate open air area of a restaurant.
