In order for a taxicab to be operated by a permitted taxicab driver, the taxicab must have a valid taxicab permit from the Department of Finance, Driver License Section. Such permit shall be placed in a visible place on the taxicab.There shall be an annual fee of one hundred twenty-five dollars ($125.00) for each taxicab operated in the County of Kaua'i.Every permit issued under this Section shall expire, unless otherwise revoked or canceled, one (1) year after issuance thereof.
