Permit Suspension and Revocation

Any permit issued pursuant to the provisions of this Article may be suspended or revoked by the Director of Finance, upon compliance with administrative due process, whenever:The holder of a permit is found to be disqualified by any provision of this Article;The holder of a permit has been convicted for a violation of the provisions of this Article or violates any of the standards of moral character and driving history set forth in the rules and regulations of the Director of Finance;The holder of a permit has been convicted of driving while intoxicated or of violating the provisions of Chapter 329, H.R.S., as amended, or the provisions of the Federal narcotics laws.
