When used in this Article, the following words or phrases shall have the meaning given in this Section unless it shall be apparent from the context that a different meaning is intended:means the Chief of Police of the County of Kaua'i.means any person engaged in the business of buying or selling scrap metal of any kind or nature.means the Treasurer of the County of Kaua'i.
