Fines for breaking the rules in Section 23-3.5

If a court finds you guilty of breaking any rule in Section 23-3.5, you will have to pay a fine. The fine is at least $200 and at most $2,000 for each separate violation. This section only sets the penalty; it does not list the rules themselves.

Any person convicted of violating any of the provisions under Sec. 23-3.5 shall be punished by a fine of not less than two hundred dollars ($200.00) and not more than two thousand dollars ($2,000.00) for each offense.
