The following businesses are not required to obtain an annual County license or to pay an annual County license fee:The sale of beef or pork .The auction of goods, wares, and merchandise or other property .The manufacture of food products .The operation of a laundry, etc. .The keeping of a lodging or tenement house, hotel, boarding house or restaurant .The production, processing or preparation of milk .The sale of poisonous drugs, household remedies, etc. .The soliciting of orders or offering to sell or take orders for goods, wares, merchandise or service for immediate or future delivery in return for money .The providing of bail bond or surety for compensation .The carrying of freight and baggage .The carrying of passengers .
