OED is responsible for the administration of the provisions of this ordinance relating to the logomark including:The supervision of the use of the logomark;The design, issuance, and control of the logomark;The issuance and revocation of permits to use the logomark;The authorization of agents to perform administrative and operational duties related to the Kaua'i Made Program;The adjustment of fees as necessary to defray costs of the program; andThe promulgation of additional rules as necessary for the operation of the program.
