Paying assessments in installments

This section says that rules about paying assessments in installments and what happens if you don't pay are included by reference. The number of yearly installments depends on the length of the improvement district bonds.

The provisions of Sections to , relating respectively to the payment of the assessments in installments and the effect of failure to pay installments, are incorporated in Sections to by reference; provided that the maximum number of annual installments in which the assessment as provided for in Section to may be paid shall be dependent upon the term of the improvement district bonds.
