If you break any rule in this chapter, you can be fined up to $500 and/or jailed for up to 30 days for each offense. If you don't connect to a sewer, pay connection fees, or pay service charges, you face a fine up to $500. Each day the violation continues counts as a separate offense.

Any person convicted of violating any provision of this Chapter shall be punished by a fine not exceeding five hundred dollars ($500.00) and/or thirty (30) days in jail for each offense except that any person who fails to connect to an accessible sewer, pay sewer connection charges, or sewer services charges shall be guilty of a violation with a fine not exceeding five hundred dollars ($500.00). A separate offense is committed upon each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
