No person shall discharge or cause to be discharged, directly or indirectly, any stormwater, surface water, groundwater, roof runoff, sub-surface drainage, cooling water, air conditioning condensate or other unpolluted drainage into any public sewer, except swimming pool water may be discharged at the time and hour permitted and designated by the County Engineer.
