County approval needed for sewer extension plans

The applicant shall design and construct the extension, including any associated sewage works such as pump stations, force mains, and laterals. The plans and specifications for the extension, including the alignment, the materials to be used, and the manner of construction must be reviewed and approved by the County Engineer prior to construction. In the event the extension is made across private property, the applicant shall provide an easement to the County. Following acceptance of the conveyance of the extension by the County, the applicant shall not have any title to the extension.
