Adding repayment costs to a special tax or charge

In any fiscal year in which a special tax or charge is levied for any facility in a district or an improvement area within a district, the Council may include in the levy a sum sufficient to repay, over such period of time as the Council may specify, the amounts transferred to that district or improvement area pursuant to Section 26-1.9 ("Transfer of Monies").
