A proposed ordinance of consideration shall do all of the following:State the name of the district;Describe the boundaries of the district;Specify the proposed change to the term of the district or special improvements to be financed;Specify any proposed new special tax which will be levied to finance new or existing special improvements; orSpecify the proposed change to the rate or method of apportionment of an existing special tax.
