How and when improvement districts end

This Article shall not be construed as requiring an ordinance to effectuate the termination of each district. A district shall automatically terminate upon reaching the expiration of the term specified in the ordinance of formation.This Article applies only if the Council desires to terminate a district earlier than the expiration date specified in the ordinance of formation.
