How to protest an early termination ordinance

Landowners can file written protests against a proposed early termination ordinance. Protests must be given to the County Clerk before or at the hearing. The Council can ignore mistakes in the protest, and you can withdraw your protest in writing before the hearing ends.

Protests against the provisions of the proposed ordinance of early termination may be made in writing by landowners. All written protests shall be filed with the County Clerk before or at the hearing. The Council may waive any irregularities in the form or content of any written protest. Written protests may be withdrawn in writing at any time before the conclusion of the hearing.
