This Chapter establishes a loan program for the financing of multifamily rental housing units by utilizing revenue bonds. Such revenue bonds shall be authorized and issued pursuant to Sections 46-15.1 and 46-15.2 and Chapter 49, Hawai'i Revised Statutes.
