The County of Kaua'i fuel tax per gallon of liquid fuel, authorized by Chapter 243, Hawai'i Revised Statutes (HRS), as amended, is thirteen cents ($0.13) per gallon of liquid fuel and zero cents ($0.00) per gallon of biodiesel, and shall be increased as follows:Effective July 1, 2013, an additional two cents ($0.02) per gallon of liquid fuel; andEffective July 1, 2014, an additional two cents ($0.02) per gallon of liquid fuel.(Res.
