Moving trust account money to the county treasury fund

This section tells the County Treasurer to move money from certain checking accounts into the county's trust fund when that money needs to be paid out quickly. It applies to accounts held for county agencies. The Treasurer decides which accounts need this fast handling.

Any balance in any checking account in the nature of a trust presently maintained in any bank for the use of the various agencies of the County and which monies are found by the Treasurer, in view of the nature of the purposes for which they have been received, to require expeditious disbursement, shall be transferred by the Treasurer to the treasury trust fund.
