Funds deposited into this account are hereby deemed appropriated upon receipt and shall be used solely for the Kaua'i Police Department for the enforcement of laws and ordinances pertaining to illegal parking on state highways, pursuant to Hawaii Administrative Rules Section 19-152-1.The fees shall not be used for any other purpose and shall not be transferred to other accounts within the Kaua'i Police Department.The fees collected shall not lapse at the close of the fiscal year.
