Interest earned on housing fund deposits stays in the fund

This section says that any interest money made from the cash in each housing development fund account must stay in that fund and be added to the same account. It does not say anything else.

Interest revenue earned on the deposit of the cash proceeds contained in each account of the housing development fund shall remain in the housing development fund and be credited to the respective account.
