KCC §8-12.2Six Constraint Districts and How They Apply
Read the official text at ecode360.com ↗This section creates six special land-use districts for drainage, flood, shore, slope, soils, and tsunami risks. These districts add extra rules on top of the regular zoning rules. If a property falls in more than one district, the strictest rule for each issue wins. Permit applications must show they meet these extra rules.
