KCC §8-13.1Rules for older buildings that don't meet current zoning
Read the official text at ecode360.com ↗This section explains what owners of older buildings that don't meet current zoning rules can do. They can keep, sell, and repair them, but any expansion must follow current rules. If the building is badly damaged, it can only be rebuilt under certain conditions, and the county will decide if that's allowed.
