The requirements of this Article shall not abrogate the requirements of Hawai'i Revised Statutes Chapter 205A, Hawai'i Revised Statutes Chapter 343-5, the Special Management Area Rules and Regulations of the County of Kaua'i, or any other applicable statutes, codes, ordinances, rules and regulations, or other law.In case of a conflict between the requirements of any other state law or county ordinance regarding shoreline setback lines, the more restrictive requirements shall apply.
