If you build or use a home in any other district under this chapter, you must follow the same standards listed in this article. This section makes those rules apply everywhere in the county, not just in residential zones.

All residential construction, development or use permitted by, or in accordance with, this Chapter in any other Use District shall be carried out in accordance with the standards established in this Article.
