Rules for Non-Residential Uses in Residential Zones

All permitted uses, all uses requiring a Use Permit, and all Uses allowed by variance other than residential shall conform to:Development standards established for the district in which they are normally permitted, provided that:The minimum distance from property lines shall be the same as that required for single family detached dwellings; andThe maximum building heights shall be the same as that required for single family detached dwellings; andDeveloped campgrounds are prohibited in all Residential Zoning Districts; orThe requirements and conditions imposed by the Planning Commission in granting the Use Permit or Variance Permit.
