Resort Density Districts

This section creates two resort density districts, RR-10 and RR-20. The number in each district name sets the maximum number of dwelling units allowed per acre, but hotel and motel rooms count as half a unit. It refers to another section for how to calculate the total.

There are two Resort Density Districts as follows:RR-10;RR-20.The number portion of each Resort Density District establishes the maximum number of dwelling units including hotel and motel rooms that may be permitted per acre of land in each district as calculated in accordance with Sec. 8-4.6, except that each hotel and motel room shall be considered as 1/2 of one dwelling unit in computing the allowable number of dwelling units.
