KCC §9-3.11

No work permits before subdivision approval

Read the official text at ecode360.com ↗

This rule stops the county from giving permits for curb cutting, water or sewer hookups, or installing water, lighting, or sewer systems in a proposed subdivision until the subdivision itself is approved. It is a simple waiting period to make sure the subdivision plan is approved first.
