When used in this Chapter the following words or phrases shall have the meaning given in this Section unless it shall be apparent from the context that a different meaning is intended: "agricultural park" means a subdivision of an area of not less than three hundred fifty (350) acres within an agricultural or open zone as established in the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance restricted to agricultural uses by lease restrictions for a period of at least twenty (20) years and which shall comply with the conditions contained in this Chapter.
