Penalty for breaking criminal rules with no set fine

If someone breaks a criminal rule in this code that doesn't already have a specific punishment, they can be fined up to $100 for each time they break it. This section only applies when no other penalty is listed.

In any case where there shall be a violation of any of the criminal provisions of this code for which no penalty is provided, the person violating the same shall be subject to a fine of not more than $100 for each offense. (Prior code § 1-2.4)
