County code supplements published twice a year

At least two times a year, the revisor of county laws shall cause the preparation
and publication of a supplement to the Maui County Code. The supplement shall be composed
of pages which can be incorporated into the Maui County Code by adding to or replacing
the pages thereof. The supplement shall include appropriate revisions of the tables
of contents, tables, index, appendices, and statements of legislative history in the
Maui County Code.
