Time limits for parking at the South High Street County lot

A.
Unless otherwise specifically designated by the director of public works and appropriately
marked, no person shall park in stalls in the County parking lot fronting the County
office building at 200 South High Street during regular working hours (e.g., between
8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.) for a continuous period in excess of one hundred twenty minutes.
Access to such parking lot fronting the County office building shall be via Wells
Street and egress via Kaohu Street. The director shall have discretion to establish
up to fifteen stalls to be designated and marked for parking during regular working
hours, as aforesaid, for periods of not more than fifteen minutes. The aforesaid parking
restrictions shall not apply on Saturdays, Sundays, and State holidays.
