A. No operator of a motor vehicle nor the owner or user of a trailer, as defined in this title, shall park or stop, except for loading or unloading such vehicle or trailer, on that portion known as the Lahaina Pier. B. No operator of a motor vehicle nor the owner or user of a trailer, as defined in this title, shall park or stop on that portion of the roadway known as the marginal wharf (that moorings and catwalks) extending from the Lahaina lighthouse to the launching ramp and Canal Street and also within the area adjacent to and east of Canal Street, except in designated parking areas indicated by marked parking stalls or by signs so marked and designated.
