Parking rules for Lahaina Prison Street lot

A. Within the County parking lot located between Prison Street, Front Street and Luakini Street, Lahaina, a maximum of fourteen bus parking stalls identified by pavement markings or signs shall be provided. No vehicle other than a bus shall be parked in the bus parking stalls between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. each day. B. Within the County parking lot located between Prison Street, Front Street, and Luakini Street, Lahaina, a vehicle must not be parked beyond the posted time limit. A vehicle will be deemed to have been parked longer than the posted time limit if it has not been moved out of the parking lot after the expiration of the maximum time limit. A vehicle must not return to the parking lot sooner than three hours following the expiration of the initial time period. C. No bus or other vehicle shall park within the County parking lot at the intersection of Front Street and Prison Street, Lahaina, between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 4:00 a.m. ( Ord.
