No commercial vehicle storage in county parking lots

This rule stops businesses that sell, rent, fix, or maintain vehicles from using county parking lots to store or park vehicles they control or that belong to customers. Each vehicle and each day it stays is a separate violation.

A. No person in the business of selling, renting, maintaining, or repairing vehicles shall use any County owned or operated parking lots for storage, holding, or parking of any motor vehicles under such person's control or belonging to third persons. B. Each motor vehicle parked in violation of this section shall be considered a separate violation. Each day the violation continues shall be considered a separate violation.
