A.
No person shall conduct any activity related to commercial or business enterprises
within the parking lot located at the Makawao Veterans' Cemetery except for those
business or commercial activities necessary for cemetery operations or veteran related
activities.
B.
Any person who violates this section shall be subject to a fine of not less than $100
and not more than $200.
